Vendor Details

Vendor Booths:

Reserve your space at our event! Each 10'x10' booth costs $65, with discounts for additional booths. Includes 2 chairs; tables available upon request.

Note: All displays and items must fit within your designated area. Benched cats must also fit within their space or be placed in the general area.

Priority is given to vendors who pay early. All vendor applications are first-come, first-served.

Food trucks are welcome outside the main entrance. Reserve your spot by filling out our vendor form. One food truck per meal type permitted.

Vendor Pricing:

- 10'x10' Booth: $65

- Additional Booth: $55

- 6' Table: $10

- Raffle Donations: Minimum $30 value required.

Payments accepted via Zelle, Credit Card, GPay, PayPal, or checks payable to American Feline Society.

Full payment is due within 48 hours of application. No refunds for cancellations. A NSF fee applies to returned checks.

Vendors must donate raffle prizes: one large or two small prizes are required.
